Yes! I did it...I wogged for 15 minutes today on the treadmill. I did 1 minute walk and then 2 minutes jog 5x. It felt GREAT to run again. It was SLOW but whocares?... I was running. I wanted to run fast but I'm going to be patient with this. I will probably wog every other day for awhile and see how that goes.

Hurray for wogging. Take it slow and easy and you'll be in perfect form for next season.
